It’s right from the heart of a self-centric egoistic maniac….
‘Main meri favourite hoon’ – This ‘Jab We Met’ dialogue was made just for Radz I feel! Loving yourself is so much more important than anything else in this world. Even if you do any wrong, you are always going to be with yourself, same goes for the rest of the situations also!
Loving oneself for all the follies and all the plusses that exist in you is I think the highest pinnacle one can ever reach! The world will always change, for good or worse, but you don’t stop being yourself any moment. Even if you put on this haughty attitude, somewhere deep down, you are always yourself…
Why am I so complete in myself and still assuming incompleteness?
God ….These paradoxical questions I think will always persist in my life! Rewarding myself for the good and pushing a little more have always remained to be dominant traits. I want to do everything bearing the responsibility alone as I feel self-sufficient to do a particular task given to me. On the other hand, after even doing it pretty well(not blowing my own trumpet…just out of remarks), I feel – “Oh someone and I would’ve put up something better”- (Someones change with situations – HA HA). If I don’t talk to at least 10-20 people in a day in elaborate details, I can’t sleep!
When it comes to the world outside me, I am alone! When it comes to the world within me, I cannot disconnect from so many people who have been in my life and made the biggest of differences to me…Is everyone in the world like this? Some I’ve seen move on so easily – Do they just eat up their emotions, or do they just don’t experience any of them? What if I’d been Will Smith in The Legend (I’d have fish instead of that dog-Ha ha)! Uffffff……. I wouldn’t have been, because I’m meant to be Ms. Congeniality you see..!
Victory Speech
Anyway I love myself for what I am, love myself for the things I’ve done for myself, love the people I’ve earned for myself, love my smile, love my blog, love my one photo after a thousands clicked, love the way I love myself…
Muah Me!
THE END!

Hello Lady,
I think we have a resonance here.
I too have very similar feelings about myself, as you have about yourself.
Here is a quote, from a book my father gave to me. For me as a son, he could not have given anything better than that.
"But the man in the street, finding no worth in himself which corresponds to the force which built a tower or sculptured a marble god, feels poor when he looks on these. To him a palace, a statue, or a costly book have an alien and forbidding air, much like a gay equipage, and seem to say like that, 'Who are you, Sir?' Yet they all are his, suitors for his notice, petitioners to his faculties that they will come out and take possession. The picture waits for my verdict: it is not to command me, but I am to settle its claims to praise."
"Few and mean as my gifts may be, I actually am, and do not need for my own assurance or the assurance of my fellows any secondary testimony."

I second your thoughts that each person does love himself for what he or she is, it is like this- we can love others only if we are capable of loving our ownselves. Of course, one can't and shouldn't be self-obsessed, otherwise, you may be just one big selfish person. Even the smallest of creature is capable of turning the world topsy-turvy and achieving the greatest feat ever.
HI,
Razz-Ma-Tazz!! Interesting name. Does it have any special meaning? Let me know!
(Do you have website?)
I must admit that I have no experience in dealing with kids, and I am no psychologist. But I think every child is unique. Every child takes its own time to learn. and it chooses a skill to learn based on its own interest. Adults and teachers must play role of facilitators.
"Linguistically English, but Indian at Heart!"
Sometimes, I think English has contributed a lot to the unity of India. Otherwise, with so many languages, it would have become very difficult for our early leaders to impose any particular language on whole nation. So teaching English is more Indian than it seems!!!
Whenever I think of primary schools, I can not forget the torture of Homeworks, assignments, and taking and maintaining notes... etc.
Many a times my parents did my homework. In case of homework, I was hopelessly lazy... :)
Somehow I completed school, and Engineering as well... :)
Probably you are having lot of patience to deal with kids. Write any special experiences you had with kids on blog.We too will enjoy.
All the best for your Venture! You've done a commendable I wish it achieves great success. :)

the way u love urself..............
sounds very funny but conveys a wonderful msg.
The way u've presented the idea would make any1 fall in love with self even if he /she has not thought of it ever.....
I feel u can't express love to others if u don't love urself.... and even this feeling makes u rise when everything is going against u .....
so congrats for putting up this idea in such a nice way.
Hi
All the best for your career!!!
You will definitely achieve your goals!!!
Probably, I can never feel the love and happiness, you experience with the kids. Perhaps, only a woman can experience such things. :)
You are right about my connection to engineering and Bangalore....
After all, I am from the land of Sir M.V, one of the greatest Engineering minds of our nation.
You know what, most of my friends of engineers. I can count number of my friends who are not engineers, with my fingers!!!
I always believe in logic and reason.Trying to demystify human emotions is my favorite hobby!!
(I have my own theories developed for many emotions we humans have)
This forms major topic of discussions with my friends!!!!
And I love machines!
Being engineer gives an immense feeling of Power, being able to design things, as we please. The ability to take control of nature, the feeling of being one with machine, the pride we get after experiments confirm all parameters are as predicted, is simply AWESOME!!!
And you think we don't have sense of beauty? Read this quote from
BERTRAND RUSSELL's...... Though I engineering is quite different from pure mathematics, as most of our work is simply based on laws of mathematics, we get to see the beauty of mathematics QUITE OFTEN.
"Mathematics, rightly viewed, possesses not only truth, but supreme beauty, a beauty cold and austere, like that of a sculpture, without appeal to any part of our weaker nature, without the gorgeous trappings of painting or music, yet sublimely pure, capable of stern perfection such as only the greatest art can show. True spirit of delight, the exaltation, the sense of being more than Man, which is the touchstone of highest excellence is to be found in mathematics as surely as in poetry."

Hi Radz,
It was great to go thru ur blog. I must take a hint from u & start loving myself. Idea is good but for it to be implemented seems little difficult. But I must sincerely appreciate your writng skills & putting your thoughts in such lucid fashion. A great writer in making.
All the very best & happy writing.
i totally agree wid u on this one...love yourself for what you are and be proud of what you are...
live every moment and enjoy what you do and life becomes easier...better and beautiful!! it makes you a better person and so you also learn to love others and accept them for what they are!!
heyyy...
It was a wonderful read..conveyed a real wonderful msg to me..
Thnk u for tht!! :)
I thnk there's a really big meaning to the topic.. I love the way I love me..I don't know y..but it really makes me mull over it.....
Acchi Site Hai. Ladki bhi mast. Toh rishte to acche hi aayenge na
I must say i profoundly disagree with your notion of nature, engineering and technology mr.neo..With due respect to your engineering prowess, all that it has done is injected your mind with a phenomenal amount of ego amongst other non-mentionable terms.
"We still don’t know one thousandth of one percent of what nature has revealed to us". Nd that’s a quote by a pretty famous guy by the name of Einstein. pretty accomplished scientist i must say. hope u agree.
Nature is so complex and intricate that that only a fatally ill-informed individual would even think of controlling it.i may still agree you with neo..
perhaps in the distant future when your experiments and technology could stop an earthquake, or a volcano from exploding or the sun from rising or stop the earth from spinning or when you are able to traverse faster than the speed of light.
well until then i must agree nature is a vastly superior entity ...
The immense feeling power you feel is born out of sheer naivity..A partial if not totally non-existent understanding of the prowess of nature... a force so powerful, you will be disintegrated into smithereens if you ever dare to take on it...
Research has proved beyond an iota of doubt that every form of science ranging from nano technology to cloning, which seeks to tamper with the fundamental fragments of nature can prove to be disastrous in the long run.nd still governments around the world pump trillions into these researches...trillions which could have been used to eradicate poverty, hunger and disease
The very confirmation of parameters you speak of is ruled by nature...all engineers and scientists are merely capable of working within this tiny space which nature has sort of willingly allotted to us.
Every second guy calling himself an engineer in the world just uses knowledge and technology derived from predecessors, manipulate it and they act as if they own the whole *bleep* world...
nd for your kind information sir, love and happiness is not gender biased ..you don’t even have to be a human to experience the afore said emotions...
